Filtered Water Hydration System

The new Youngevity eco bottle, nutritional hydration and water filtration system is so new that it dosent even have a name yet (as of this writing) But it's coming soon! A Healthy New Year

Outside of your personal relationship with our Lord and Personal Savior Jesus Christ, I personally believe that your greatest wealth starts with your health. Life as we all know it starts and ends right there. A few years ago as Korey was in quest for better health for us all, he introduced to us a 2hr documentary movie called "Food Inc." I would like to share with you this holiday season a 34 minute interview of a doctor that covers as much healthy info on some key health topics that has or may affect us all including people we all know and love. 

As your mother and I approach retirement, we're looking forward to our better days being ahead. We're looking forward to more graduations, weddings, birthdays, vacations, grandkids, ballgames and the list goes on for many years to come. 2017 is the year that we will be putting our health first not only on our "To Do List" but more so on our "Must Do List" and we hope you will do the same. I like to keep it simple as saying our health basically comes down to 2 things of put in the good stuff and not the bad stuff. Personally I love the fact that I just threw out a few 3x and 4x shirts the other day. I love the fact that my doctor has taken me off high blood pressure medicine Pills. I still have a couple things to keep an eye on but it was putting in the bad stuff over 30 years so it may take a year or so to eliminate the rest.
 
Anyway it would be an honor, pleasure and peace of mind to have you look at 3 videos within the next day or so to get a different healthy perspective from a doctor that has an abundance of scientific experience to back up everything he believes. I will NOT ask you to watch his 2hr health seminar unless you don't believe or understand either one of his brief 35 minute interviews. If you want the hardcore and some of his scientific basis research then watch the 2hr wellness video. If you just want the skinny or short version then watch one of the 2 short 35min version (or both). I believe that there's a little health nugget for all of us no matter what stage of life we're in or going through right now. 
 
If his info is good enough to shared, taught, respected and understood by so many people (many professions) from around the world then it's good enough for you (the ones I love the most).

Multiplication vs Addition

We are building our business through Multiplication instead of addition.

Meryl Lynch, Prudential, Century 21, etc. are all growing their business through the old model, using addition.  An example of their addition business model is to have their local broker recruit and train 2-3 agents each month.  After ten months, they would have added about 20-30 agents going out and making personal sales.  Even though the agents earn nothing if they sell nothing, the broker can earn money each month because they get a piece off the total sales of the team.

This addition model has proven to be good model, but we've improved on it.

We use multiplication instead of addition…and we intend to kick some butt in this industry.

Same example, a local leader recruits 2-3 agents per month, and after ten months they would still have added 20-30 agents who earn on personal clients.  But because we use a multiplication business model, their agents may also recruit and earn on an agent team; all won't but many do. 

Because of multiplication, if each new added agent also recruited the same 2-3 agents per month, we'd have over 30,000 agents in those same 10 months.  Isn’t that amazing!

And because DAC allows you to live "like the broker", 1) earning on your own personal sales, and 2 ) earning an override on the sales of your agent team;  you have the opportunity to diversify your income on others peoples efforts.   You also have the opportunity for significant income with no ceiling.

"Sales" requires you personally do something each month to earn money.  If you don't make any sales, you don't earn any money.  But when you build a team of agents, you have the possibility of earning each month even when you have a poor month and don't make a personal sale.  That can relieve some of the pressure of "sales".

Of course our pay plan requires you need to get some personal clients to qualify to earn on deeper levels of your team.  But once you do, you can go months without making a sale and still be qualified to earn on your team.  Not only is that fair, is it amazing.

If someone doesn't like what i just shared, we aren't for you.  After all we are giving the same "sales" opportunity, but also giving the opportunity to have even more via our team override commissions.

We aren’t looking for weak people who are whiners.  We are looking for tough people who are winners. 

Our attitude is: you need to be willing to personally talk to clients or you need to hit the highway, we aren’t for you.  If you do decide to build an agent team, you need to be willing to lead by example or you need hit the highway, we aren’t for you.  It's not about throwing mud against the wall to see what sticks. Its about building up and coaching all who become agents and are willing to work hard.

If you see the value of multiplication over addition,  and if you are already tough or willing to toughen up, then you will fit great in DAC.  If you are ready to tie 'em up and take the field with some intensity and enthusiasm to help business owners, and rub the nose of those big stuffy “no money for business owners” type banks, then through DAC you can change your life.

Garrett Jacobs enters Federal Duck Stamp competition

Burlington City New Jersey has its own special place in American history. Burlington New Jersey has also been the home to some very well known people that have accomplished some very well notable achievements too. While the list of these Burlingtonians may be a little longer than one may think, you can access a short list that I found on  Wikipedia by clicking here. Hopefully on September 10, 2016 Garrett Jacobs who was born and raised in Burlington City will achieve something that has never been done. In the  61-year history of the Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp that's (aka Federal Duck Stamp) competition, there has never been an African-American from an urban area to win the Federal Duck Stamp competition.

Garret Jacobs won the North Carolina Waterfowl Conservation Stamp competition this past January 2016. That by itself was remarkable for a few key reasons. Here is a snippet of the published article by Mike Voss (author) of The Washington Daily News: "AND THE WINNER IS: Garrett Jacobs’ painting of a brant is the winner of the North Carolina Waterfowl Conservation Stamp competition. Jacobs won the North Carolina competition in his second attempt. He scored 41 points out of a possible 45 points. He’s placed in the top 20 entries in three federal duck-stamp competitions.

Neal Woolard, one of the five judges and a Beaufort County resident, was impressed with the quality of the entries. “I think it (quality) was really good in the top five that we picked. We probably cut out more in the in-and-out round to start off with than we have in years past,” Woolard said. “It goes back to the fact we’re attracting so many more artists now, and it kind of thins out things toward the bottom because the quality if getting better at the top, if that makes sense.” Woolard noted that recent winners of the annual competition “are spread out in more states than they used to be.” “Incidentally, the last two winners here were artists of the year for Ducks Unlimited in 2014, 2015. So, that gives you an idea of the quality of folks we are attracting right here in Washington,” Woolard said.

Jacobs’ blue-ribbon entry will be used as the artwork for the 2016 prints and ducks stamps sold to help pay for North Carolina’s portion of the North American Waterfowl Management Plan." Another remarkable thing is that from what I've been finding out is that he may also be the first African-American from an urban area to win any state sponsored Duck Stamp competition. In just about 3 more days some of the most talented wildlife artists throughout this country will enter their masterpiece artwork for an opportunity to have it featured on a conservation stamp. This stamp projects to raise almost $25 million a year to support wetland conservation. What a contribution this could be and knowing that it came at the hands of a urban African-American artist from Burlington City in his own urban backyard of Philadelphia makes it all even sweeter. Here's another snippet of info that I found on the website of where the competition is being held – " Each year, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service sponsors the Federal Duck Stamp Art contest, the only federally sponsored competition of its kind. This year, the Service is partnering with the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University to bring the contest to Philadelphia. Art entries will be displayed and judging will take place at the Academy on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 9 and 10. There are people from the Federal Duck Stamp national circuit trail that is aware of who Mr. Garrett Jacobs is and the excitement that he's bringing from the urban area where he is from. If you want to wish him luck then show your support by showing up. Garrett Jacobs is coming back home for a few days from Florida and he would be very grateful to see as many people as he can.  What would really be nice if the mayor or someone from his staff be there. What a remarkable photo that would be. Many fist timers all together making another Burlington City imprint in lives of so many throughout our country.

What if you could have Superman-like vision

Ok, well Superman vision may be a bit of a stretch, after all, he isn’t from this planet, so we can’t really compare his super-alien vision to our mediocre human vision; now can we? However, what we can do is improve our own visual acuity. Why settle for standard 20/20 vision, when you can have, 20/15 vision? Plus, you want to ensure that your vision remains healthy as you age. On the flip side, if you suffer from poor vision, improving your ocular health should be a priority. After all, healthy vision is your gateway to all the wonderful sights in this world.

Unfortunately, one of the problems we currently face is that most individuals do not consume a diet rich in nutrients (colorful fruits and vegetables) needed to support healthy eye sight. In order to support healthy vision and prevent any vision deficiencies, supplementing your diet with carotenoids and other eye health-benefiting nutrients is vital. Much research has been done over the years on what nutrients are essential for supporting healthy vision. Antioxidant-rich nutrients such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc, Selenium and Bilberry Extract are known for the benefits they provide to ocular health. Additionally, antioxidant carotenoids are vital for numerous functions in eye health.

A recent study conducted by researchers in Ireland, looked at what long-term supplementation with carotenoids did to those who already had normal (20/20) vision. Specifically, the study consisted of supplementing participants with 3 carotenoids that make up the macular pigment (the region of greatest visual acuity) in the retina. It followed 105 subjects, male and female, with an average age of about 48 who had normal vision but lower than normal macular pigment. For a year, half took a placebo while the other half took a capsule containing 10mg of lutein, 10mg of meso-zeaxanthin and 2 mg of zeaxanthin. The results showed significant improvement in overall macular pigment and visual performance; where all subjects not only improved visual acuity, but also improved performance against different lighting conditions, and how well subjects are able to distinguish edges of objects. The results would signify improving the quality of life for the average person.1
