ReboundFX Sports Drink

ReboundFX is simply the best choice for nutrient replacement therapy for liquid hydration and restoring energy levels on the market today. ReboundFX sports drink comes in a powder form. I personally love the ReboundFX powder as its easier to transport from game to game without needing refrigeration. With over 135 power pact quality nutrients for hydration and refueling with a cool refreshing and pleasant taste that kids will love.

ReboundFX was created for ex-NBA athlete Theo Ratliff but designed for anyone who truly is trying to properly hydrate and replenish the nutrients they loose from when they sweat. If you were told that when we sweat that it only contain just water and salt, you were told a lie. Understand that when we sweat, we lose a soup of dozens of essential nutrients that’s contained in our body. Those essential nutrients needs to be replenished and the typical commercialized sports drink contains so very few of them.

ReboundFX is designed for:

  1. Promotes healthy exercise
  2. Supports optimal well-being
  3. Supports cardiovascular health
  4. Supports the immune system
  5. Boosts energy and stamina
  6. True Replenishment of 100+ nutrients
  7. Approved by the OIC (Olympic Board)
  8. The Sponsored Sports Drink of the WBA League
  9. Used by other Olympian and Pro Athletes around the world
  10. Endorsed and promoted by former NBA All-Star Theo Ratliff

Any sports drink can give you the basic electrolytes to keep you from passing out but ReboundFX want to give you more for about a $1.17 per 16oz serving. I think all athletes of all ages deserves from every team of all leagues deserves more, don’t you? If it’s good enough to be the Sponsored Sports Drink of the WBA League, it should be good enough for you too.

Sports Drinks, Sports Nutrition and ReboundFX

Sports nutrition and proper hydration is a topic that gets tossed around in my home frequently. I have four boys of which 2 of them had experienced playing baseball from little league to college. Now I have my younger 2 boys coming up through the ranks and the topics of nutrition and proper hydration are at the forefront again. This time I decided to do an online search for “Importance of Sports Nutrition in Athletes” and to my surprise it actually covered important facts on hydration. So below I have listed some quotes from just very small sample of websites from my online search on the topic of “Importance of Sports Nutrition in Athletes”.

What I want to really draw attention to is how many times the two words of vitamins and minerals come up as it relates hydration, nutrition and how it relates to athletic performance. I tell my young men that their sweat is like a soup of many of the nutrients that’s contained in their bodies. That’s why I have them hydrating and replacing their fluids with the ReboundFX sports drink instead of the other commercial brand sports drinks. ReboundFX helps replenish over 100 nutrients that they lose when they sweat and burn up when playing baseball. While ReboundFX is not the most popular advertised sports drink, you be surprised how many NBA, NFL, MLB Olympic athletes consume it on a daily basis.

Ok, here we go with just a few of other people insights to what they think about the importance of sports nutrition for athletes. I’m not a doctor and nor am I trying to diagnose, treat or cure anyone health situation but rather just share with you what others have posted online about their research. I just think that it just makes sense that by replacing and replenishing as many as the nutrients as soon as you can during your workout, ball games and exercise just may help my boys to stay mentally sharp and less fatigue a little longer. So let’s start with what Wikipedia has to say

Wikipedia:

1. Fruits and vegetables contribute important carbohydrate foundation for an athlete’s diet. They both provide vitamins and minerals that are lost through exercise and need to be replenished.

2. When compared to plain water or sports drinks, research suggests that chocolate milk is more effective at replacing fluids lost as sweat and maintaining normal body fluid levels.

3. However, states Maughan, “without proper nutrition, the full potential of the athlete will not be realized, because performance will not be at its peak, training levels may not be sustained, recovery from injury will be slower, and the athlete may become more susceptible to injury and infection.” Understanding sports nutrition leads to optimal athletic performance and lifetime health benefits and can thus be evaluated by the intake of certain nutrients and supplements when exercising, by learning the way the body utilizes these materials and how these practices complement future diet and exercise of the individual.

Spectrum Health:

At the most basic level, nutrition is important for athletes because it provides a source of energy required to perform the activity.  The food we eat impacts on our strength, training, performance and recovery. You can read the entire article by Clicking Here

Finish First Sports:

Without proper fuel and nourishment for your body, you will not attain your full athletic potential and will be more susceptible to fatigue and injury. The American College of Sports Medicine guidelines for fluid replacement during exercise are the consumption of 150 to 350 ml (~ 5 to 12 ounces) at 15 to 20 minute intervals beginning with the onset of exercise. Max Sports and Fitness:

Why is nutrition so important? According to Lucho Crisalle, RD, CEO of Exercise & Nutrition Works, Inc., more than 85 percent of your results in the weight room or on the field is determined not by how hard you work out, but by how you choose to fuel your body! Today’s Dietitian:

Sports Nutrition – Critical to Success:All athletes strive to compete at the top of their game but, unbeknownst to many of them, their performance relies on their nutritional status.” You can read the entire article by Clicking Here

Bodi Mojo:

Olympic Athletes: “We’ve heard the stories of athletes eating 12,000 calories a day while training for the Olympics, but for the average athlete good nutrition is about giving at least some thought to what you’re putting into your body, not just on “game day” but all the time in between. That means adequate carbs, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and fluids.” You can read the entire article by Clicking Here

Sports nutrition, by definition, is the study and practice of nutrition and diet as it relates to athletic performance. Athletes that train properly need to nourish themselves properly for maximum results. However, this isn’t the only step you should take to help you train. For example, proper rest, diet, and sleep habits are also necessary.

Sweating during exercise increases the concentration of salt in the body. Minerals play an important role in performance. Heavy exercise affects the body’s supply of sodium, potassium, iron and calcium. Eating potassium-rich foods such as oranges, bananas throughout training and after competition supplies necessary potassium. Iron carries oxygen via blood to all cells in the body and is another important mineral for athletes. Take in adequate fluids during this pre-game time. Avoid caffeine (cola, coffee, tea) as it may lead to dehydration by increasing urine production.

Water Reigns Supreme: Nothing will stop you short during a sport faster than dehydration…. so Drink at least 4-8 ounces of fluids every 15 minutes during activity.

Vitamins / Minerals: Vitamins and minerals act as catalysts in energy generation, and contribute to functions needed for strong performance

Hopefully you can see that with proper nutrition before, during and after ball games and or workouts can help to support the performance of the athlete. Keeping a constant flow of nutrition coming in their system as they are constantly losing their nutrition during their games and workouts to me is a sensible idea. ReboundFX offers a complete source of vitamins, amino acids, potassium, a solid variation of minerals with a natural source of sugar and good amount of sodium. My athletes at home can now keep their level of performance at a good level by replacing, replenishing and hydrating all at the same time and you can too?
