ReboundFX Sports Drink for Hydration and Replenishing Essential Nutrients

The ReboundFX Sports Drink has many important ingredients that should be in any good sports drink. Keep in mind that we lose so many valuable good sport drinks when we sweat. If you think that sweat is only comprised of electrolytes then you really should check your nutritional information sources for more current findings. I always say that the best way to hydrate is to not only replace the electrolytes but also replenish as many of the other loss nutrients at the same time. One thing for is that your body understands and is always looking for balance. I believe that the replenishment of multiple essential nutrients at the same time in small amounts is a sensible way towards supporting a healthy balance. Have you ever wondered why you see athletes still cramping during and after games even though they may have consumed bottles of their favorite sports drink? Shouldn't’t that tell you that the body is still seeking more than just a few nutrients?

If you honestly look at so many of the popular sport hydration drinks on the market today, they lack so many of the amino acids, a good natural source of vitamins, and minerals that the body excretes through sweat and performance. Many of these drinks add an unnecessary amount of sugars, harmful dyes and other chemicals that has shown to have adverse effects down the road. Here are a few of the natural ingredients that are found in the ReboundFX sports drink: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D-3, Vitamin E, Vitamin B-1, Vitamin B-2, Vitamin B-3, Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B-12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Choline, Inositol, Potassium, Amino Acid Complex, Green Tea Extract, Ginseng Root Extract, Glucono Delta Lactone, *Plant Derived Minerals, Natural Custom Blend Fruit Juice Concentrate, Monosaccharide, Oligosaccharides, Polysaccharides and more.

Athletes from all over the world are taught to monitor their nutritional intake for peak performance and everyday living. Joggers, walkers and people just trying to get their daily exercise in should be doing the same especially in the warmer climates such as Texas, California and Florida (to name a few). Watch the short video and Get more info on hydration, replenishment ReboundFX at reboundfx.90hive.com

Summer Hydration Tips

Phew! It’s hot out there and staying properly hydrated can sometimes be a challenged! Summer is in full-force and definately not over in many states, which means that you’re probably sweating a lot. Keeping hydrated is important for your body, not only in these summer months, but also when you’re exercising or taking part in athletic activities and, it goes beyond simply drinking water. You also need to replace the nutrients you lose when you sweat. So, what are the options available on the shelf for replenishing your hydration? A good start to stay hydrated is eating foods that hydrate your body with essential nutrients.

Here are 3 foods that can help keep you hydrated and nourished.

  1. Watermelons

Of course, we all know this one. I mean, it even says “water” in the name! But it’s true – watermelon is an excellent choice for keeping you hydrated, as it is 92% water! Additionally, the fruit contains a bit of salt, calcium, magnesium, and is a good source of potassium, vitamin A and vitamin C, making it the perfect hydration snack. Summer is the peak season for this delicious, refreshing snack! So, make sure you grab one the next time you visit your local farmer’s market!

  1. Strawberries

Watermelon isn’t the only fruit that is 92% water. Strawberries have just as much water in them! They are also loaded with fiber and vitamin C, making them good for hydration AND good for your body. The peak season for strawberries is April-June, but they thrive in warm climates like California and Florida year round. This makes them readily available at most supermarkets all year for your nutritious smoothies and snacks.

  1. Cucumbers

Aside from fruit, many vegetables offer your body hydration, like cucumber. Cucumber flies to the top of the list for fruits and veggies that keep you hydrated, for containing 96% water! Cucumbers are also rich in essential minerals such as potassium and vitamin K. Cucumbers are an excellent choice for your summer garden. Growing best in warm weather, they are easy to grow and have a relatively short growing period. Once your seeds have been planted, cucumbers are usually ready to pick in about 55-65 days.

Though there are plenty of options for fruits and veggies that can keep you hydrated, sometimes it is nice just to have a refreshing, cold drink after a workout. Walk into grocery or convenience store and you’ll see a plethora of drinks that are marketed towards athletes as something healthy to consume post-workout. But, are they really healthy? How can you avoid making the mistake of purchasing a drink that doesn’t actually do what you want it to do?

Youngevity offers a truly healthy alternative to those sport and energy drinks available on the shelf, that may have tons of extra sugar and sodium that do more harm than good to your body. Former NBA All-Star Theo Ratliff, who established himself as one of the NBA’s premier shot blockers, loves Youngevity’s Rebound fx Citrus Punch to stay hydrated! It supplies a quick sustained energy, while offering a balance of antioxidants, natural herbs, and the minerals that must be replenished in order for the body to function at optimal levels!

During the month of July only, Youngevity brought back some of their most popular Swap Where You Shop bundles! Youngevity’s Rebound fx Citrus Punch was included in this year’s Swap Where You Shop bundles! Since July has passed you still can purchase the ReboundFX sports drink that dose moer than just hydrate you.

Make sure you stay hydrated this summer and #SwapWhereYouShop

ReboundFX Fundraising Opportunity

Here's something that can be the easiest and most sensible fundraiser for any sports organization. No door to door sales, no high pressure quotas and it's something that every ball player do and even most parents too on hot sunny days. If our players and parents are going to drink sports drinks to hydrate on during events then drinking ReboundFX should be their choice. If players and parents are going to replenish key nutrients between games then no other commercialized sports drink can help you to replenish most of those just depleted nutrients than ReboundFX. Not only is ReboundFX a tastier choice, it's a healthier choice too.  Oh and did I forget to mention that not only can it replenish your body, it can replenish your bank account too.

Did you know that many of the sports drinks that our athletes drink today have ingredients sourced from genetically engineered (GE) crops, commonly known as GMOs plus they most likely contain high fructose corn syrup and blue 1 (Dye). If you don't know what those things are, please do a Google search on negative effects of high fructose corn syrup and blue 1. Most sports drinks contain less than 15 nutrients, even with all the bad stuff thrown in. What most people don't know is that our sweat is like a soup of so many nutrients. ReboundFX has over 115 nutrients in trace amounts from good natural sources with no GMO's, Blue Dye #1 and no high fructose corn syrup. While ReboundFX may not be commercialized to you, it's trusted among baseball, football and tennis players from the pro leagues. ReboundFX is also the Sponsored Sports Drink of the professional WBA League.

ReboundFX comes in several forms but I like the powder in the canister for $35.50. This canister gets you 30 servings for about $1.18 a serving. If you don't mix it up at home and buy bottled water on the road, your total price comes up to less than $1.30 per serving. If you ever buy a sports drink at a sporting event, games, tournaments and so forth that price can be as much as $2.00 and up. I've been to some baseball tournaments where bottled water is $2.00 alone, making ReboundFX a No-Brainer choice at less than $1.30 per serving.  More nutrients for more hydration support for less money just makes more sense, plus you can earn money back towards your organization too. Since we're all conditioned to drink sports drinks you mind as well drink one that comes with multiple rewards, don't you think?

The best way is for the owner of an organization get activate their business account for $25. The owner will get a online wellness account store website. The owner then have 2 options at this point. They can put the ReboundFX logo with a link to the ReboundFX product on their team website. Inform all coaches and parents that they now can buy the best sports drink available on their team website by clicking the ReboundFX logo. Every time a persona (coach or parent) make an initial purchase, the team can earn 25% of each initial order (about $10.50). When the same coaches and parents purchase again the following month, the organization can receive 8% ( about $2.80) of each order.  While that may not sound like a lot but how many parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles are apart of your team or organization? Does the athlete drink more than 8 bottles a week? If your organization want to increase their fundraising opportunity, just extend the ReboundFX Fundraising idea to other teams, organizations or tournament events and earn up to 8% of their total sales too. The ReboundFX Fundraising opportunity is as simple as that.

I will supply you various ReboundFX graphics and walk with you every step of the way. There is one other way to make sure that not only does the team or organizations earn money but the coaches could also earn too. Anytime a coach can earn a little extra money that the organization don't have to pay out is always a happy situation for everyone. Here's a video below that talks a little about why replenishing the nutrients we loose through sweat is so vital to our health. ReboundFX Sports Drink is for you

I just would like to give some news on a healthy sports drink that really understand what it takes to hydrate our athletes without overloading them with sugar and sodium. Not only do they understand how to hydrate but they also know how to properly help our athletes to replenish vital nutrients that they loose during those intense workouts and or tournament games during those hot summer days. This wellness company developed this sports drink about 7 years ago for Mr. Theo Ratliff (NBA All Star) formerly of the LA Lakers.

I suggest all parents and sport teams to get the free membership that allows you to purchase this power pact sports drink with over 100 Nutrients for about $1.16 per serving. Unlike the other sports drinks on the market today that only provide 3-10 nutrients by soda companies, ReboundFX sports drink was created by a wellness company with over 20 years in the industry that is known globally around the world for their health and wellness products. If you ever wanted to know who some of the pro athletes use and trust, you’ve found it. ReboundFX is your road to assisting you in proper hydration and replenishment of the nutrients that you loose when you sweat.

Sports Drinks, Sports Nutrition and ReboundFX

Sports nutrition and proper hydration is a topic that gets tossed around in my home frequently. I have four boys of which 2 of them had experienced playing baseball from little league to college. Now I have my younger 2 boys coming up through the ranks and the topics of nutrition and proper hydration are at the forefront again. This time I decided to do an online search for “Importance of Sports Nutrition in Athletes” and to my surprise it actually covered important facts on hydration. So below I have listed some quotes from just very small sample of websites from my online search on the topic of “Importance of Sports Nutrition in Athletes”.

What I want to really draw attention to is how many times the two words of vitamins and minerals come up as it relates hydration, nutrition and how it relates to athletic performance. I tell my young men that their sweat is like a soup of many of the nutrients that’s contained in their bodies. That’s why I have them hydrating and replacing their fluids with the ReboundFX sports drink instead of the other commercial brand sports drinks. ReboundFX helps replenish over 100 nutrients that they lose when they sweat and burn up when playing baseball. While ReboundFX is not the most popular advertised sports drink, you be surprised how many NBA, NFL, MLB Olympic athletes consume it on a daily basis.

Ok, here we go with just a few of other people insights to what they think about the importance of sports nutrition for athletes. I’m not a doctor and nor am I trying to diagnose, treat or cure anyone health situation but rather just share with you what others have posted online about their research. I just think that it just makes sense that by replacing and replenishing as many as the nutrients as soon as you can during your workout, ball games and exercise just may help my boys to stay mentally sharp and less fatigue a little longer. So let’s start with what Wikipedia has to say

Wikipedia:

1. Fruits and vegetables contribute important carbohydrate foundation for an athlete’s diet. They both provide vitamins and minerals that are lost through exercise and need to be replenished.

2. When compared to plain water or sports drinks, research suggests that chocolate milk is more effective at replacing fluids lost as sweat and maintaining normal body fluid levels.

3. However, states Maughan, “without proper nutrition, the full potential of the athlete will not be realized, because performance will not be at its peak, training levels may not be sustained, recovery from injury will be slower, and the athlete may become more susceptible to injury and infection.” Understanding sports nutrition leads to optimal athletic performance and lifetime health benefits and can thus be evaluated by the intake of certain nutrients and supplements when exercising, by learning the way the body utilizes these materials and how these practices complement future diet and exercise of the individual.

Spectrum Health:

At the most basic level, nutrition is important for athletes because it provides a source of energy required to perform the activity.  The food we eat impacts on our strength, training, performance and recovery. You can read the entire article by Clicking Here

Finish First Sports:

Without proper fuel and nourishment for your body, you will not attain your full athletic potential and will be more susceptible to fatigue and injury. The American College of Sports Medicine guidelines for fluid replacement during exercise are the consumption of 150 to 350 ml (~ 5 to 12 ounces) at 15 to 20 minute intervals beginning with the onset of exercise. You can read the entire article by Clicking Here

Max Sports and Fitness:

Why is nutrition so important? According to Lucho Crisalle, RD, CEO of Exercise & Nutrition Works, Inc., more than 85 percent of your results in the weight room or on the field is determined not by how hard you work out, but by how you choose to fuel your body! Please read that again: More than 85 percent of your results in the weight room or on the field is determined not by how hard you work out, but by how you choose to fuel your body! You can read the entire article by Clicking Here

Today’s Dietitian:

Sports Nutrition – Critical to Success:All athletes strive to compete at the top of their game but, unbeknownst to many of them, their performance relies on their nutritional status.” You can read the entire article by Clicking Here

Bodi Mojo:

Olympic Athletes: “We’ve heard the stories of athletes eating 12,000 calories a day while training for the Olympics, but for the average athlete good nutrition is about giving at least some thought to what you’re putting into your body, not just on “game day” but all the time in between. That means adequate carbs, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and fluids.” You can read the entire article by Clicking Here

Sports nutrition, by definition, is the study and practice of nutrition and diet as it relates to athletic performance. Athletes that train properly need to nourish themselves properly for maximum results. However, this isn’t the only step you should take to help you train. For example, proper rest, diet, and sleep habits are also necessary.

Sweating during exercise increases the concentration of salt in the body. Minerals play an important role in performance. Heavy exercise affects the body’s supply of sodium, potassium, iron and calcium. Eating potassium-rich foods such as oranges, bananas throughout training and after competition supplies necessary potassium. Iron carries oxygen via blood to all cells in the body and is another important mineral for athletes. Take in adequate fluids during this pre-game time. Avoid caffeine (cola, coffee, tea) as it may lead to dehydration by increasing urine production.

Water Reigns Supreme: Nothing will stop you short during a sport faster than dehydration…. so Drink at least 4-8 ounces of fluids every 15 minutes during activity.

Vitamins / Minerals: Vitamins and minerals act as catalysts in energy generation, and contribute to functions needed for strong performance

Hopefully you can see that with proper nutrition before, during and after ball games and or workouts can help to support the performance of the athlete. Keeping a constant flow of nutrition coming in their system as they are constantly losing their nutrition during their games and workouts to me is a sensible idea. ReboundFX offers a complete source of vitamins, amino acids, potassium, a solid variation of minerals with a natural source of sugar and good amount of sodium. My athletes at home can now keep their level of performance at a good level by replacing, replenishing and hydrating all at the same time and you can too?
